These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Deck Nexus mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Daniil Bystrov ("Deck Nexus", the "Service Provider", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using Deck Nexus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Some parts of the Service may require an account. Deck Nexus currently supports sign-in methods including email, Apple, Google, and in some cases anonymous access.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your device and credentials. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Deck Nexus offers tools for card scanning, collection management, wishlist tracking, and market or portfolio insights. By using the camera scanning feature, you grant the app permission to access your camera solely to scan and identify trading cards.
You acknowledge that scan results depend on image quality, OCR quality, third-party data availability, and matching logic. Card recognition, set matching, variant identification, and pricing accuracy are not guaranteed.
Captured scan images or related scan data may be processed on-device and may also be stored locally on your device for scanner history, diagnostics, or product functionality. Market values and card data shown in the Service are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, grading, trading, or resale advice.
You retain rights to the information and content you submit to Deck Nexus, including collection details, notes, and support submissions, to the extent you own those rights.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. This license ends when your content is deleted, subject to backups, technical limitations, and legal retention obligations.
Deck Nexus may offer free and premium features. Premium access may require a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or other authorized channels.
Subscription processing, entitlement status, restoration, and billing support may be handled by Apple and RevenueCat. Pricing, trial availability, billing cadence, and refund handling may be governed by Apple policies, local law, and the terms of applicable payment providers.
You can usually manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings. Failure to pay or maintain an active subscription may limit access to premium features.
All content, software, design, branding, interfaces, and technology provided by Deck Nexus, excluding user-submitted content and third-party materials, belong to the Service Provider or its licensors.

Deck Nexus may rely on or integrate with third-party services for analytics, authentication, storage, subscriptions, crash reporting, notifications, and market or image delivery. Those third parties have their own terms and policies. Services used by Deck Nexus may include:
Use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate agreements.
Some features, including sync, account access, card recognition, and live market data, require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for limited functionality caused by network issues, device restrictions, unsupported operating systems, or exhausted mobile data allowances.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device. Such actions may compromise your device's security and prevent the Application from functioning correctly.
We may suspend access, disable features, or remove content if:
You may delete your account through supported in-app settings or by contacting us. Deletion requests may require a reasonable processing period, and some data may remain in backups or retained systems as permitted by law or technical necessity.
The Service Provider works to keep the Application useful and reliable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfectly accurate card recognition, or continuously current market information. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Application.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of Deck Nexus, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, business operations, or legal requirements. When material changes are made, we may notify you in the app, by service communication, or by updating this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
