safeguard your information when you use the Deck Nexus app and related services.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Deck Nexus application for mobile devices, created by Daniil Bystrov (the "Service
Provider") as a freemium service.

- Account Information: account ID, sign-in provider, and authentication-related data for email, Apple, Google, or anonymous access.
- Collection Information: cards you save, wishlist items, binder organization, portfolio snapshots, tags, and related collector activity.
- Scanner Information: camera access, captured card images, scan results, collector numbers, OCR output, and scan correction actions.
- Transaction Information: subscription status, entitlement data, purchase restoration state, and App Store billing metadata processed through Apple and RevenueCat.
- Device and Usage Data: device model, iOS version, app version, crash reports, diagnostics, app interactions, push notification tokens, analytics identifiers, and certain attribution or infrastructure data such as IP address processed by service providers.
- Support and Feedback Information: messages you send to us, optional email address, device model, iOS version, app version, and whether you want a reply.
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information through:
- Account registration, login, linking, and authentication flows.
- In-app usage, including scanning cards, searching the database, updating wishlists, and managing your collection.
- Support and feedback forms or direct email communications.
- Analytics, diagnostics, attribution, and crash-reporting SDKs integrated into the app.
- Third-party services used for infrastructure, purchases, authentication, notifications, and analytics.
3. Why We Collect Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Authenticate and authorize logins across supported sign-in methods.
- Sync and maintain your collection, wishlist, and portfolio data.
- Enable card scanning, card recognition, card database search, and related collector workflows.
- Process subscriptions, restore purchases, and manage premium access.
- Send service-related notifications and maintain app functionality.
- Analyze app usage, improve reliability, detect abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- Respond to support requests and feedback submissions.
- Comply with legal, security, and regulatory obligations.
4. Email Communications
Deck Nexus may send transactional and service-related emails as part of providing the service, particularly when you use
email-based authentication or contact support.
These emails may include:
- Account-related messages such as sign-in confirmations, verification requests, password-reset or security notices.
- Important service updates related to your account or subscription.
- Customer support responses.
Our authentication or email service providers may also process limited delivery metadata needed to send and secure these
communications.
5. Cookies, Tracking, and Similar Technologies
The Deck Nexus mobile application itself does not rely on traditional browser cookies in the same way a website does.
However, the app and related web pages may use similar technologies and SDKs such as local storage, device identifiers,
attribution tools, analytics identifiers, and push notification tokens for:
- Essential functionality such as sign-in, session management, and app configuration.
- Performance monitoring, crash reporting, and diagnostics.
- Analytics and usage measurement.
- Attribution and install-source measurement, including Apple Search Ads attribution where applicable.
- Push notification delivery and device messaging.
Where required by platform rules or law, we request permission before using certain tracking-related capabilities such
as App Tracking Transparency.

Deck Nexus operates using service providers that may process information in countries outside your home jurisdiction,
including the United States and other locations where our providers maintain infrastructure.

Deck Nexus is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will take steps to delete that
